SO MANY DEATHS IN MP ON VYAPAM SCAM: CONG HITS OUT AT MP CM

So Many deaths in MP on scam Vyapam Scam:
My heart is in praise for those conducting their duties in spite of terror and fear psychosis created for rightful professional not to pursue their duties.Second concern is for those perpetual registered bodies & entities who are getting the job done and sending their employees without shield or proper cover, may be two tier or three tier cover for the safety of brethren on work where conspiracy of all sorts prevail.
Mere showing gratitude towards those killed is not sufficient but getting the work done with proper security either visible or invisible were also needed.
Media fraternity which is fragmented horizontally and vertically for various reasons works in splinter form and those in field need not
to be extra adventurous but must work clinically with their employers.Even the security cover could be arranged by the media council with their CSR funds.
So Many deaths and CM of MP still continues quite strange people of India can tolerate such lawlessness with such an ease is matter of pride or shame. The people need to contemplate and answer this Q in their minds.
Congress today hit out at Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for the series of mysterious deaths in the Madhya Pradesh Professional Board Exam, Vyapam, scam. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party spokesperson P C Chacko said, the Prime Minister should take moral responsibility and immediately order a CBI probe into the case. Seeking the Prime Minister’s clarification, Mr Chacko said, the BJP came to power on the promise of putting an end to corruption but now it seems that the party is supporting those who are directly or indirectly involved in it. The spokesperson said, the entire Madhya Pradesh government is under the cloud of corruption and the probe by the Special Investigation Team is not enough. Mr Chacko said now the time has come for stern action against those who are responsible for the deaths instead of making ordinary statements.
Later, briefing media, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala demanded immediate sacking of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the Vyapam Scam. He said the Chief Minister needs to be sacked to ensure a free and fair probe. Saying that there should be an independent inquiry, Mr Surjewala said officials of SIT and STF are reluctant to probe the scam as they are scared for their lives. He asked how such a mammoth scam flourished openly without the knowledge or complicity of the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister. He also questioned what he called a considerable delay in ordering CBI probe. The spokesperson said 46 people connected to the Vyapam scam have lost their lives till date. He said about 140 FIRs have been lodged involving around 3,800 accused and about 800 accused are absconding.
On the other hand, Madhya Pradesh government today claimed that the alleged mysterious deaths in the Professional Examination Board scam have no link with the scam. Talking with media in Bhopal today, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra and Forest Minister Gauri Shankar Shejwar said that this scam is not a reason in 25 suspected deaths. They said that it is not right to link every death with the scam. Accusing Congress of linking every death with the scam, they said that deaths of Dean of Jabalpur Medical College Arun Sharma and police sub-inspector Anamika Kushwah have nothing to do with Professional Examination Board scam.
They were neither accused or witness in the scam. They said, according to Anamika Kushwah’s father, she had some family problem. Dead body of trainee sub-inspector Anamika Kushwaha was found in a pond in Sagar today. She was recruited through the Professional Examination Board and was undergoing training in Police Academy. It is reported that she committed suicide. Journalist Akshay Singh died on Saturday when he was interviewing the family of a deceased victim of the scam while body of dean of Jabalpur medical college Arun Sharma was found in a Delhi hotel yesterday.
Meanwhile, the state Congress President today said that the death of Anamika Kushwaha has link with the scam. He alleged that the rule of Shivraj has become rule of shavraj (dead bodies) in Madhya Pradesh. He alleged that people are being killed to destroy evidence. He demanded an independent inquiry or CBI inquiry under monitoring of the Supreme Court into the scam. Mr. Yadav also demanded resignation of the chief minister.

Save Dissent to Save Democracy   THE rising instances of physical violence and threats against political opponents and the inability to accept dissent must raise huge concerns amongst all of us who see democracy as perhaps the really stellar achievement since Independence. AAP’s attack on BJP headquarters and acts of arson committed under the very noses of their elite leadership; the attacks on Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in Gujarat in the last two days; the recent manhandling of the caretaker of journalist Siddharth Varadarajan’s house by some garden variety thugs; and the violence and threats meted out regularly to their political opponents by political parties is surely deplorable and condemnable. This is a fatally flawed trend which will destroy the very foundations of our democratic institutions if not pushed back with all the strength and condemnation that the civil society can mobilise. Replaying the past To begin with, it must be clarified that we should ...
