New Delhi, 05 February 2013: HCL Infosystems Ltd. India’s Premier Services and ICT Systems Integration, Distribution and Hardware Company today announced Unmukt Chand as the brand ambassador for its HCL ME Tab range. Unmukt unveiled the latest range of HCL ME tablets which are available at very competitive prices with unbeatable features – HCL ME U2 – INR 5,999, HCL ME V1 – INR 7,999 and HCL ME Y3 – INR 11,999. Unmukt gained fame as the U-19 Indian cricket team skipper who led the team to victory in the ICC U-19 World Cup 2012.
Unmukt as a part of this engagement will endorse HCLI’s Mobility products across various platforms and will also feature in upcoming multimedia ad campaigns. The new HCL ME tablets unveiled by Unmukt have been designed keeping students and young professionals in mind.

HCL ME Y3 is the best available device in its price range. As compared to similar tablets the Y3 scores not only on the price but also provides for better features such as 1 Ghz Cortex A9 CPU for a faster experience, Built-in GPS & FM Radio and a mini HDMI Port. Also, the HCL Me Y3 has a Dual SIM which none of the closest competitors has.
HCL ME V1, housed in a slim metal ID has features that make it an outright winner against similar tablets available in the Indian market. It is a pure Phablet device with integrated voice receiver and integrated call vibrate option and built in EDGE Data support. It also has a dual camera, built in proximity sensor and 1 GB DDR3 RAM for faster processing. Whether the user wishes to take a call or listen to music, there is no additional accessory needed on the V1. It also has a robust 3200 mAH Li-Po Battery and supports up to 11 3G USB dongles.
The HCL ME U2 also outplays its nearest competitors with many first time features in its category such as a 1 Ghz Cortex A9, 1 GB DDR3 RAM, Full HD, support up to 16 external dongles and mini HDMI.
