Swamy:Collective failure of Cabinet.SC cancels 122 telecom licenses
Massive irregularities have been been found in the 2G Licensing procedures by government of India as per the verdict of Supreme Court of India.2G licences in the year 2008 alotted to the corporate total of 122 licenses have been quashed.

Petitioner of 2 G Scam, Dr Swamy says it is biggest indictment of Government and the failure of the Government of India .It is collective failure of the Cabinet. Government has overlooked the entire procedures.CAG,CVC has warned about it but none of the Minister spoke about it.

Chidambaram gets breather and all 122 telecom licenses has been cancelled by Supreme Court in its historical judgment.Kapil Sibal said, Apex  Court has not made any  remark on the Prime Minister and Home Minister.
He further added that ,”First Come and First Serve,” is per say the theme core of the auction Policy of 2003 of NDA Regime. Narrating Supreme Court judgment he said, Court clarified telecom policy and there is no cause of concern.SC has not indicted any UPA minister but indicted the underlines of Telecom Policy of 2003.The advise of the PM and the then FM has not be been followed by the telecom Minister. The judgment said the dates of the auction and application of tenders has changes irregularly and court has cognize to this effect. There is an aberration in the policy procedures followed. Kapil Sibal answering the media question said,”What TRAI said we will follow.”

Answering media to question, when it is collectively responsibility then why the cabinet has not taken any action in this regard? Kapil Sibal said, DOT did not heed to advises given by the concerned authorities.

BJP leader Arun Jaitley said, “It was collective decision of cabinet and therefore the cabinet cannot absolve itself or deprive to its responsibility.Whenever it was brought to their notice {by autonomous bodies CAG,CVC} ,the government said it is coalition Dharma, thus the cabinet is liable for the scam.”

Save Dissent to Save Democracy   THE rising instances of physical violence and threats against political opponents and the inability to accept dissent must raise huge concerns amongst all of us who see democracy as perhaps the really stellar achievement since Independence. AAP’s attack on BJP headquarters and acts of arson committed under the very noses of their elite leadership; the attacks on Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia in Gujarat in the last two days; the recent manhandling of the caretaker of journalist Siddharth Varadarajan’s house by some garden variety thugs; and the violence and threats meted out regularly to their political opponents by political parties is surely deplorable and condemnable. This is a fatally flawed trend which will destroy the very foundations of our democratic institutions if not pushed back with all the strength and condemnation that the civil society can mobilise. Replaying the past To begin with, it must be clarified that we should ...
