FICCI is organizing an interactive session with the Czech Republic Economic Committee Delegation on 20thMarch 2015 at FICCI, Tansen Marg, New Delhi. 

Mr. Miloslav Stašek, Ambassador, Embassy of the Czech Republic to India will address the conference as per the following schedule:

Mr. Sidharth Birla, Immediate Past President, FICCI and Mr. Rakesh Bakshi, Executive Committee Member, FICCI & CMD, RRB Energy Ltd. will also be present during the session.

The Czech Delegation comprises of the Vice-Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Economic Affairs as well as important members of the Committee on Economic Affairs.  The delegation is drawn across party lines and is keen to understand the recent developments in the Indian economy from policy experts and thought leaders of India.

Trade between India and Czech Republic has experienced a 10-fold growth in the last 20 years and currently stands at $ 1.2 billion. Both the countries agree that there is a much higher potential for growth which can be achieved by engaging in mutual partnership and cooperation in various sectors.
