Tex-Trends India 2012


 
India’s leading Textile and Apparel Fair Tex-Trends India 2012 begins today 16th-18th July 2012 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Shri Anand Sharma Union Textile Minister inaugurated the show and said “the textile fair be a unique showcase displaying the entire indian textile industry and has huge potential as an exporting country thus offering a variety for its global buyers”
 
A unique fair that brings together the best in Indian Garments & Accessories, Fabrics, Home Furnishings & Made-Ups, Indian Handicrafts, Jute and Carpets – all under one roof. A blend of the traditional and the modern, Tex-Trends India 2012, will be the biggest ever event on Indian textiles featuring over 1000 exhibitors displaying diverse range of products from the entire length and breadth of the country.
Dr A Sakthivel Chairman AEPC, commenting on the Tex Trends remarked, “We are very hopeful that Tex Trends India 2012 will serve as a much needed platform and an opportunity for a large number of exhibitors and buyers from across the globe to interact under one roof. The response to the earlier Tex Trends was really commendable and this time too it will definitely provide the much needed fillip to the Indian textile industry.”

Duterte proposes another UN August 21, 2016 Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte railed against the United Nations today after it called for an end to the wave of killings unleashed by his war on drugs, saying he might leave the organisation.
