Modi trying to dissolve Delhi Assembly through L-G: AAP

AAP dares Modi to field the L-G against AAP from any constituency
In a recent interview, Delhi's Lt Governor Najeeb Jung displayed no hesitation in admitting that he would consider dissolving the Delhi Legislative Assembly. The Aam Aadmi Party believes that this is Prime Minister Modi expressing his intent through the L-G and these opinions have originated directly at the level of the Prime Minister.  The AAP is of the firm opinion that PM Modi wants to dismiss the Delhi Government and establish President's Rule, thus seizing control over Delhi illegally.
During a press conference held at the AAP headquarters, senior leader and National Spokespers on of the party Kumar Vishwas said, "In the form of an L-G, Delhi is suffering from an aristocratic overlord who is trying to dislodge the elected Govt of Delhi and take over control of the state government. The fact is that these are the Prime Minister's thoughts, being expressed through the L-G. We would like to remind Mr Modi that the right to make laws rests with the Parliament and that if he wants to, he can attempt to dislodge the elected government and begin an undeclared Emergency Semi-final. But Mr Modi must not forget that this country runs by rule of law and democracy, and we have already seen this in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh. The law, Constitution and democracy are supreme in this country, but if Mr Modi wants to disregard them and carry on with his Unconstitutional plans, we dare him to do so. The people of Bihar had given a fitting reply to him, as did the people of West Bengal. In future, Punjab, Goa and Gujarat too will show Mr Modi what the people feel about his Unconstitutional acts. Mr Modi is using Delhi to test his dictatorial plans for the country, as though this were part of an experiment to be the conducted in the whole country. He should realise that the people of India will give him and his party a zero in the elections if he continues on this path. If he has any doubts about this, he should field the L-G in any constituency of Punjab, and if that prospect scares him, he can choose a safe seat for the L-G in Gujarat, but there too the result will be the same!"
