AGM_The Delhi Theosophical Federation

Dear Panchakshri ji,
When I took over as President of DTF last year EC had taken a decision that the receipts for annual dues will be issued by the Treasurer of the federation and ADS signed and transmitted by him. Our treasurer is complaining of breach of this code by Shri Khatri our Federatiobn secretary by collecting money towards annual dues and transmitting directly to IS without bringing the treasurer in the picture. The treasurer is unable to compile the full account. Pl. issue instructions to your accounts office not to accept such ASDS in future. Also please check The ADS's of this category in 2010-11 and give  the details thereof to sri Taneja quickly. While  the Secretary could collect ADS, he should give the money thus collected with details to Tr. who alone would issue receipts and transmit to IS. Thanks.
