First important rally after poll debacle didn’t acknowledge Failure of Congress to stand up to Farmer’s Rights in UPA-II. Apology was due before Farmers could TRUST Congress again and Congress Didn’t REPLACE Bogus Farmers or Farm Leaders.

Congress Rally Was Selling ‘Vinegar in Bottle of Champagne’ to Farmers

Worst of Congress DIVIDED Farmers and Rural Economy – Dalits, OBC, Big Farmers, Small Farmers BUT NOTHING ENSURE RURAL ECONOMY DOESN’T LAG BEHIND URBAN ECONOMY.

Why can’t Farmers Store, Process and Market their Farm Produce and Run MSMEs? – This shall unite Rural Economy and ensure Healthy Rural Economy.

Congress was misled by Desi Einshteins – Sam Pitroda and Jairam Ramesh. First made sure Indians are Indians have no Skills and Both made sure Indian Engineers/ Scientists don’t get Patents, Upgrade Their Small & Medium Units to Global Standards of Quality & Inventing.

But biggest blow to Farmers was delivered by Second Desi Einshtein Jairam Ramesh who Shamelessly Followed ‘PURA Loot Formula’ which is nothing but letting RURAL DEVELOPMENT be undertaken by Urban Contractors.

Ø      He SABOTAGED Trials of GM Crops and

Ø      STOPPED Multi-Purpose Dams that led to DECLINE in Agro Economy increased cost of production.

Ø      Didn’t Study Magarpatta City, Pune Model ‘City in Village’.

Ø      50% of Tax Concessions are DIRECTED to Gujarat.

Long Term Bank Credit to All Farmers for Agriculture & Allied Activities is barely Rs.2,19,540 crores – which is Less Than Credit Ambanis On Never To Return Basis, such is Neglect of Indian Rural Economy. This BARELY 2% of Indian GDP for 70% Rural Population.

Jairam Ramesh didn’t provide For SURVEY of Surplus Land with Industry, didn’t Provide For Quick TAKEOVER of SICK and NON PERFORMING INDUSTRIES, Reserving FOOD PROCESSING for MSME Farmers Owned Units, Location of Industry Clusters on Barren Land 2-5 kilometers away from Highways.

Indian Farmers believe Land Acquisition Bill is Corrupted intended to Rob Farmers of their Precious Wealth inherited for up to Mahabharat’s Time in many cases to Enrich Few Corporate who are adopting Illegal Practices to Under Declare Profits, Avoid Paying Taxes to GoI and Common Shareholders, Never Repay Loans taken from Banks.

1.]  It didn’t make Specific Provisions to Rapid Takeover of ‘Commercial Properties or Non Agricultural Lands’ which are not put to intended use or are NPAs like Sick Factories and Polluting Units etc.

Ø      Maliciously Land Acquisition for Multi-Purpose Dams is Excluded From The Bill which are to Generate Cheap Lifelong GREEN POWER, Irrigation and Moderate Floods all beneficial to Farmers and people in general.

2.]  Invariably Industry Has Already Acquired Up to 10 to 100 Times Land than required or annually developed – Jamnagar Refinery is built on 7500 acres whereas Shell Refinery is built on just 600 acres on Singapore Island almost 40 years ago and DLF has enough Land Bank to last 100 years.

Ø      Excessive Land Acquisition Is Funded By Public Banks - A National Tragedy.

3.]  It didn’t Protect Small & Medium Farmers against Takeover of their ‘Prime Land’ and Ancestral Wealth that is in 1000m Zone from roads and highways, allowing Industries or Projects to come up away from main roads.

Ø                  Why can’t Industry Acquire Land 2-3 Km from Main Roads & Highways?

4.]  It didn’t Provide for Consolidation of Family Land For Development or Urban Properties Affected By Tenancies for JOINT DEVELOPMENT.

Ø      Owners can’t Develop or Re-Develop their old outdated properties due Legal or Illegal Encroachments or Tenants.

Ø      Owners can’t get possession of their Old Unsafe Buildings for development.

Constitution of India Provides for ‘Equal Status & Equal Opportunity To All Citizens’ but Farmers in India Are DENIED Basic Rights under the constitution –

5.]  Farmers’ are not allowed to STORE, PROCESS & MARKET their produce.

6.]  Farmers’ are in most cases BETTER QUALIFIED than many Corporate But are not Permitted to Build Residential and Commercial Projects.

7.]  Farmers Can Extract Minerals Economically & Restore Land to Agriculture

8.]  Magarpatta SMART VILLAGE on 430 Acres Was Built By All Indians. Why Can’t INDIA Develop 6,00,000 SMART VILLAGES?

9.]  GoI has No Money For Farmers Affected by Natural Calamities But Regularly Subsidize Rs.80,000 Crore to Gem & Jewelry Companies
