Grand Conspiracy of Land Acquisition Bill – Most Exclusive
February25, 2015 (C) Ravinder Singh ravinderinvent@gmail.com

Since GOI is not RECOVERING Rs.50,00,000 LOANED to CORPORATE INDIA WHO ARE PRIVATELY DEVELOPING MOST PROJECTS WITH $TRILLION CASH –GOI through this BILL Had MADE IT CLEAR IT HAS NO PROGRAM FOR INDIAN ENGINEERS, INVENTORS, FARMERS, MSMEs, Even for SEWAGE Lines or FOOD Storages or Markets GOI Wants to Engage CORPORATE with HOARDED Money.

It is absolutely CLEAR from the sectors earmarked for Land Acquisition that –

1.  Manufacturing for Import Substitution & Exports is Totally Absent in LA Bill which in China accounts for 43% GDP and half of jobs.

2.  Most of the Sectors are Either LOOT Sectors – Corporate with Public Money set up some Refinery Built By Some American Company and Loot People of India for 2-3 Generations of Tata Hydro Power charging 5 Times BBMB for 80 years. SUCH SECTORS OUGHT TO BE RESERVED FOR PSUs.

3.  But it is absolutely SCANDALOUS GOI is INSTALLING Corporate Even For FOOD STORAGE PROCESSING & DISTRIBUTION WHICH NATURALLY OUGHT TO BE RESERVED FOR FARMERS WHO OWN LAND & PRODUCE FOODS.

4.  THERE IS NO INFRASTRUCTURE SHARING IN INDIA – Laying of Optic Fiber or Canals & Drains etc should be RESERVED for MSMEs and Rural Enterprises in Rural Areas, Why Can’t MSMEs Own & OPERATE TRANSMISSION LINES.

-  Ambani Adani or Tatas get such projects EXECUTED by MSMEs and then TAKEOVER for life and not sharing it with Competition and UNDER UTILIZING IT.

5.  Large Companies May Execute BIG projects on behalf of GOI or States.

6.  No Land is required for Airports, Roads Railways & Highways, Thousands of Airports, Highways, Railways Have Right of Way to Build Additional Lines WHICH IT NOT BUILDING BUT WANT NEW LINES WHICH ARE 10X COSTLIER.

-  Existing State Highways can be Converted to Four Lanes MOST INEXPENSIVELY than NHAI Programs.

-  Second or Third or Fourth Railway Line can be built at say Rs.5 Crore Per Kilometer but Railways interested in Railway Corridors and Bullet Trains or METROS to Cost Rs.50 crores per kilometer to Rs.200 crores Per Kilometer.

7.  Land Acquisition is not FOR HIGH-TECH Foreign companies to Locate & MAKE In India.

8.  Housing for the POOR are built by Rural Entrepreneurs in Rural India.

9.  Land Acquisition is not for EXPORT MANUFACTURERS.
