The rains have brought Delhi & NCR to a standstill. Thousands of people were left stranded. Children were stuck in school and some people had to sleep in their cars because of a massive 6 hour long jam between Delhi and Gurugram. This is chaos. The NCR needs a plan to deal with the monsoon.
