Dear Madam/Sir,

It gives me great pleasure to announce an executive education programme titledCreativity and Innovation as Core Competence: Developing Personal and Organizational Capability to be held from August 22-25, 2016, at IIM Ahmedabad

As you are aware, creativity and innovation are critical to organizational success forming the core of all organizational competences. Yet, interestingly, two scenarios are commonly associated with them. On the one hand, while creativity and innovation may actually be embedded within organizational functioning, they operate unnoticed and unsung such that their true potential is not capitalized upon. On the other hand, the relevance of creativity and innovation may be undermined and hence they are discouraged and sidelined at work.

Recognizing the pivotal role of creativity and innovation in modern organizations, this programme provides insights into how these processes can be harnessed, catalysed, honed and internalized at individual and organizational levels. The programme is designed to accommodate 28 participants from middle and senior management levels across functional areas from any industrial sector (This includes an upper limit of 2 participants per organization).

For a copy of the programme brochure and nomination form, please feel free to get in touch with the Programme Coordinator, Mr. Girish Makwana at girish@iima.ac.in or Tel: 079-6632 4463. We look forward to receiving nominations from your organization. The last date for receiving filled-in nominations is August 08, 2016.

In case there are any queries, please feel free to get in touch with me or the officer. – Executive Education at exed@iima.ac.in or on +91-79-66324462-76.

With thanks and kind regards,

Sincerely,

Premilla D’Cruz
