CONFIRMATION that Sh. Ashok Aggarwal is no more DG of TEMA

Dear Sir,
 
We have been given to understand that Sh Ashok Aggarwal is still  representing as Hony. DG TEMA
 
Please find enclosed a copy of letter to Sh. Ashok Aggarwal confirming that he is no more Hony. DG of TEMA and neither authorized nor required to write anything or represent anywhere as Hony. DG TEMA. This letter has been issued by Chairman Emeritus TEMA and the Officer who issued his letter on 14th June, 2011 taking his services as Hony. DG for three months extendable to one year.
 
Copies of letter have also been sent to various Government Departments.
 
Please be advised that Sh. Ashok Aggarwal ceases to be Hony. DG of TEMA since 14th June, 2012.The post of Director General does not exist in TEMA.
 
Let us add that the TEMA recognizes contribution made by various stakeholders in development of telecom sector in India. Your role in the telecom equipment sector is much appreciated. In the interest of overall development of the entire telecom sector, TEMA is interested to work with all industry stakeholders together.
 
TEMA also firmly believes that all manufacturing units in India need to be encouraged irrespective of their ownership, as Government has permitted 100% FDI.
 
As you know that Telecom Equipment Manufacturers Association of India (TEMA) is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide Number S/21042 of 1990, dated 01.06.1990. The official website of TEMA is http://www.tematelecom.in/
