Masterclass for Directors
leading to
Certified Corporate Directorship
Certification Course

Dear Mr Sagar,

Further to our tele communication regarding Masterclass for Directors programme.

Directorship is no longer a SINECURE. Recent boardroom reforms introduced in most countries have put the onus of responsibility on Directors. Institute of Directors (IOD) believes that the problem of corporate misgovernance is due to the lack of effective training in Company Directorship.

The proposed new Company Law Bill 2011, seeks to empower the Govt. to make it MANDATORY even for unlisted Public Companies to have atleast 33% Independent Directors on their boards India would need over 40,000 Independent Directors in near future.

The IOD’s Masterclass for Directors, a 3 days condensed weekend Certification training programme, offers a  whole vista of opportunities, especially for those who wish to join the pool of Non Executive Independent Directors and for updating the executive directors.

This is a highly developed comprehensive training programme for corporate directorship. For complete course contents, please visit www.iodonline.com
