Day 3: 3rd Mahindra Youth Football Challenge U-14 Inter-School Tournament, Delhi-leg

CRPF, Rohini, G.D.Goenka, Heritage School & Bal Bharti Public School, Rohini won their respective matches played in Delhi


New Delhi, November 4, 2012: Brace scored by CRPF, Rohini’s Abhishek in early minutes helped them beat Vidya Jain School 3-0 in a match of the 3rd Mahindra Youth Football Challenge, Delhi-leg played at Ganga International School, Hiran Kudna today.  

Abhishek performed extremely well while handling the ball to the opponent’s goal and scored two goals in 2nd & 4thminute to give a lead to his team. The third goal was a self goal.

Result: CRPF. Rohini (Abhishek 2nd & 4th, Self Goal 40th) bt Vidya Jain 3-0.

Match 2:  Excellent dribbling by G.D. Goenka’s Divyansh (2 goals) helped them defeat Maxfort School 4-1. Anurag and Ritesh also scored a goal each for G.D. Goenka School.

A goal for Maxfort School was scored by Vaibhav.

Result: G.D.Goenka (Divyansh 23rd & 40th,,Anurag 12th,Ritesh 24th) bt Maxfort School (Vaibhav 6th ) 4-1

Match 3: Lone goal by Sourabh helped Bal Bharti Public School beat VSPK School 1-0 in another match at the same ground.  

Sourabh scored the goal in 45th min of the game.

Result: Bal Bharti Public School (Sourabh 45th) bt VSPK School 1-0.

Match 4: Vinayak’s three goals helped Heritage School beat Sachdeva Public School 4-2 in the match at Ganga International School. Aditya also scored a goal for Heritage School in 25th min.
Animesh from Sachdeva Public School scored 2 goals for the team in 45th & 48th min.

Result: Heritage School (Vinayak 10th,20th , 49th) (Aditya 25th) bt Sachdeva Public School (Animesh 45th & 48th) 4-2.
