VHP celebrated Diwali with Pak Hindus & appealed Govt to rehabilitate them soon
New Delhi Nov.11, 2012. Vishwa Hindu Parishad(VHP) today organized a Deepawali Milan programe to celebrate Deepawali with hindu families came from Pakistan due to growing atrocities on them by Muslim fundamentalists. Hawan, Satsang and dance was performed and new dresses, fruits and sweets were distributed on the occasion. Speaking after the Yagn, VHP state vice presidents shri Braj Mohan Sethi & shri Mahavir Prasad said that we have no meaning of celebrating Deepawali untill Hindus are being tortured, humiliated or their human rights are violated in any part of the world. We appealed to Govt of Bharat Pakistan & Bangladesh to protect Hindu interest in their countries like Muslims have in Bharat. They also appealed Govt of Bharat to allow citizenship to all Hindus sheltering in Bharat due to inhuman behavior in our neighboring countries, as per the Nehru-Lyakat Pact.

According to shri Vinod Bansal, the media Chief of VHP Delhi, the Yagn was performed by renowned Vaidik scholar Mrs Vimlesh Arya of Arya Samaj Sant Nagar of south Delhi. Sweets, fruits and new dresses were distributed to the families after the Yagna and dance in Manjnu Ka teela area on ring road in New Delhi. All family members unanimously said that they have heard about Yagna & Deepawali but never celebrated in Pakistan due to persistent intervention and atrocities by Muslim fundamentals. 'We are very Happy today by celebrating our biggest festival for the first time in our life' said Krishna Dass left his every property in Sindh province of Pakistan to save the life of himself and his family. 'We will be happy to die in Bharat rather then living in Pakistan' said Ms. Bharti a teenager who have joined school first time in his life only after reaching Bharat and now enjoying freedom in her life.

 The state Organising secretary shri Karuna Prakash, district secretary shri Kamlesh Shukla  and Block secretary shri Raj Kumar of VHP, shri Jagdish Gandhi, shri Jawahar Lal Ahuja and Mrs. Kaur of Arya Samaj were amongst the dignitaries present on the occasion. shri Mitthu Lal Bagri & shrimati Rkmani Devi were the main Yajaman.
