Crossword bestseller ‘The 3 U turns of my life’ opens to an enthusiastic response in New Delhi

Delhi , a city complete with monuments of jaw dropping beauty, welcomed another member to it’s clan with the monumental response to the launch of ‘The 3 U turns of my life’ by JitendraGianchandani . Delhiites welcomed the book with open arms in a packed gathering at ‘ The Muse Sarovar Portica‘ in New Delhi .

The evening air was adorned with notes of rib-tickling laughter as the launch opened with a few chapters being read out from the book which, recently broke into the crossword bestsellers list at the 9thspot . The enthusiastic audience was quite eager to know what inspired Jitendra to slash the chains of security and dedicate three whole years of his life to following his intuition and answering his heart’s call.Jitendra added that he was keen to explore the CA VS MBA myth and felt inspired to explore this time bound struggle of status and ego through the prism of a love story with a strong hint of humour.

The book’s characters pose an interesting paradox on the personality barometer and Jitendra further added to the lively discussion that was heavy with an enthusiastic overtone , about how each character is but a filament of the strands of his own DNA. He also said that the differences in each characters personalities represented his journey from an introverted shy gujju boy to a flamboyant, iron pumping go-getter that he identified with today .

The lively discussion on the book took an interesting U-turn when the audience pitched Jitendra a curveball , by sharing some thoughts on his comparison withChetan Bhagat . Jitendra pointed out his appreciation for Chethan’s style of writing, but further waxed poetic that his humorous style comes from his own unique approach to stringing experience, emotions and societal taboos into an organized structure upon which he builds a story .

International stylist and makeover expert, Aamer Zakir was also present. Hairsylist and salon owner Sylvie greeted the audience with love and said she was very excited to be a part of the book launch .The two gladly posed for shutterbugs and expressed thorough confidence in the success of ‘The 3 U turns of my life’.

Let go of your inhibitions and give into the power of laughter and destiny with this book. This week take a U turn to your nearest bookstore and pick up a copy of‘The 3 U turns of my life’.
