Who Shamed India-Narendra Modi?

When Narendra Modi [LK Advani earlier] made promises to bring back $4
Trillion to $10 Trillion of Black Money in Foreign Countries – he has
no idea that FEMA doesn’t apply to Foreign Residents or Nationals and
that FERA after REPEAL is purely a Civil Court which can’t even arrest
the Criminals, No Jail Term.
Rs.1000 Bribe JAIL TERM – Civil Matter Rs.1700 Cr Lalit Modi Fraud
It is HORRIFYING to see the Critical Words –
‘Cheating, Frauds, Embezzlement, Text Evasion, Forgery, Illegal
Accounts, Benami Accounts etc’ are missing in FEMA1999.
FEMA provides for CIVIL COURTS – Means Has No Power to deal with
Criminals like Criminals.
Search & Seizures Like IT Act With Limitations Is Weaker than Even IT
Act.

Moscow will respond to NATO —

Moscow will respond to NATO

NATO threatens Russia’s territories Moscow to respond to the threat accordingly, said President Vladimir Putin. This comes after he announced Russia’s strategic forces will be getting over 40 new intercontinental ballistic missiles in 2015.
“If someone threatens our territories, it means that we will have to aim our armed forces accordingly at the territories from where the threat is coming. How else could it be? It is NATO that approaching our borders, it’s not like we are moving anywhere,” Putin said speaking at a joint media conference with Finland’s President Sauli Niinisto in Moscow on Tuesday.
He said at the moment he sees no threat in the alliance’s activities, since the missile defense system wide deployment is a bigger threat.
“I’d refrain from whipping up emotions. Of course, we will analyze everything but so far I see nothing that might prompt us to [take responsive measures],” he said. “What worries us more is the anti-missile defense system that is being deployed – that is a significant thing of strategic importance.”

Various booster vehicle mock-ups displayed at the ceremony of opening the ARMY-2015.
With some 5,000 items on display in an area including 100,000 sq meters of open space and 40,000 sq meters of pavilion space, Army-2015 is divided into 50 thematic sectors, aiming to cover all possible fields of military technology.
The newest cutting edge weapons and military equipment have come on display in the Moscow region, as the unprecedented Army-2015 expo and forum gets underway.
The expo is scheduled to last until Friday. On Wednesday, it opens to the general public, and anyone will be able to take a peek at the newest weapons, armor and aircraft that have been developed for the Russian military, some of which are on display for the very first time.
There are also sections dedicated to robotics and space tech, as well as a display of “non-traditional weapons”. These include things with names more suited for science fiction: laser, particle beam, orbital kinetic and microwave weaponry.
Of course, the exhibits are not all stationary. Viewers will be treated to flyovers and aerobatic stunts by combat helicopters and jets, as well as a “tank ballet” show in which ace tank crews and self-propelled artillery pieces will demonstrate their driving skills.
Drones and robots are heavily featured at the expo. There are unmanned vehicles which can be operated on the ground, in the air, on water and underwater. Their functions are wide-ranging, from minesweeping and rescue work, to reconnaissance and armed defense. Russia’s Defense Ministry has developed a complex program to create and introduce new robotics technology which will span the next 10 years.
The show’s overall aim is to provide a forum bringing together Russian military manufacturers and those who employ military technology in Russia and abroad.
“This complex is, figuratively speaking, a defense supermarket, which other countries’ militaries can visit to take a look, to try things out, take a drive or a shot, and purchase something,” Russia’s Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said, according to First Channel.
President Vladimir Putin endorsed the exhibition himself, paying a visit on opening day. He said some of the items exhibited, which have no equal in other countries, are already being deployed in the Russian military.RT news
